IKEA Integrated Media Leader

• You have about 3-5+ years of experience with focus on paid and owned media channels covering performance marketing & brand building campaigns.
• Experience with campaign leadership & implementation with focus on digital channels
• Being business-minded, connect impact of media with consumer thinking, behaviour & sales results.
• Innovational mindset with ability to implement new strategies and develop own initiatives to set new ways of working & processes in IKEA or with close cooperation with media agency.
• Data enthusiasts with practical knowledge from various media and analytical platforms (Google analytics, DSP, DMP,…).
• English language (you will use it daily) and one of local languages (Czech, Slovak, Hungarian) needed


• Asking regularly WHY we do it and WHERE to find the customers. Initiating new DATA-DRIVEN and DYNAMIC CREATIVE approach.
• Working in integrated media team of four coworkers which is covering all media in CZHUSK countries.
• Finding new processes and best practices as we are now on the journey through digital transformation.
• Identifying and strengthening what works and terminating bad cases. Test and learning in the process.
• Combining data (with strong focus on CRM) and resources to the biggest impact. Optimization cycle.
• Setting principles of agile cooperation.
• Cross-functional cooperation with sales team or with PR team.
