WHAT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, develop and motivate a team of remote planning co-workers
• Support and coach co-workers in your team to ensure high effectivity of the work
• Contribute to a commercial transformation of Customer Service Center into the selling unit
• Lead projects of remote planning and selling our products and services for CZ
• Ensure a positive work environment and build a committed team
• Monitor and follow up the work of the team (working methods, quality, productivity)
