ABOUT YOU

- You have experience with analysing strategic company goals, and you know how to set the competence plan to meet them
- You have proven experience with setting and implementing training plans throughout the company
- You have experience in negotiating with managers and leaders
- You have experience in creating and implementing individual competence plans
- You know how to organize Development Centres
- You have experience how to hand over feedback in a qualitative way with using coaching techniques
- You know what it means to be a direct support for competence development specialists in different units
- You are ready to become superuser for Learning Management Systems
- You can’t live without follow ups on implemented learning solutions
- You have minimum 4 years' experience in competence development area within Human Resources, preferably in Retail environment
- Your daily bread is written as well as spoken communication in English
