CSC Operations Manager

• can make things happen with flexibility, speed and simplicity
• can communicate and negotiate confidently in Czech/Slovak and English in spoken and written form

About the job

Together with your team, you will focus on putting the customer first in everything you do, to secure a positive and seamless customer experience. You will contribute to the creation to the unit action plan and implement the appropriate actions in the CSC and country (CZ/HU/SK). You are responsible to plan required resources and investments in order to achieve operational excellence in line with customer expectations and service level goals. Clear prioritization is the key to success, on operational, tactical and strategic level.
With your team you’ll ensure the building of business competence by supporting managers in setting and working on relevant goals and agreed development plans. Together you will ensure a strong and positive customer focused culture in all contacts and support your people and the many talents in your department in their future growth.
You’ll build relationships to stakeholders within the country and global organisations to gain and share experience and knowledge essential to the unit to remove obstacles. In addition, you’re responsible for ensuring that the department works ethically and in compliance with internal regulations and legislation.
