Online Commercial Planning Specialist (Project Manager)

Job description

You are working on a project management basis, keep tracking of the online strategy for every commercial activity is implemented, from creating online commercial calendar by offering different activity aligning with company direction and market seasonality, to influencing other departments to ensure the online activity will be launched on time. You are capable of identifying market online needs and trends, as well as managing different online activity projects at the same time.

You will definitely practice with us

• Act as a member of the Selling function, and work within the E-commerce team, and proactively contribute to E-commerce plan/output in order to deliver to the common objectives and goals in Czech, Hungary and Slovakia
• Responsible for developing the online commercial activity plan like sales plan and strong launch plan for new prod-ucts across functions to ensure consistency across channels
• Responsible for making sure the plan is executed by leading related parties to contribute on time
• Contribute with E-commerce related Sales Support when needed
• Keep the planning up-to-date with the overview of global and local initiatives to secure the feasibilities, both in terms of resource plan, budget and technical releases to secure the best execution of activities in all channels for IKEA cus-tomers
• Monitor and follow up KPI’s to ensure the plans are being followed and take corrective actions

We definitely expect you to have

• Good English to communicate in daily work
• 5+ years of experience from retail, preferably from the digital area
• Experience in driving output within set scope and following up results
• Strong knowledge of using insights to formulate strategies
• Strong organizational and planning skills with an ability to prioritize and turn strategies into oper-ational plans and impactful actions
• Strong leadership and entrepreneurship
• Strong in connecting people to work for the same goal and deliver result on time
• Passionate about Life at Home and always see from customers’ eyes
• Willing to learn attitude
